THIS FIGHT WAS NOTHING SPECIAL. WHAT HAPPEND TO SUGAR SHANE MAN? I'VE NEVER SEEN DUDE GET HIT SO MUCH TILL HIS LAST 2 FIGHTS. I GIVE HIM HIS RESPECT FOR JUMPING RIGHT BACK IN THE RING AFTER THAT FIRST ASS WOOPIN, BUT VERNON DEFINITLY GOT MY BOYS NUMBER. WHAT DO MY BOXING FANS ON THE SICCNESS FEEL ABOUT THIS FIGHT?

i watched it for the second time.to me it was hard to say who was wining for most of the fight but the last 3 to 4 rounds forrest fought better than mosely so i can see why the judges went for forrest.

Like I said in another thread...Mosely just got outboxed for a 2nd time...I really expected to see Sugar Shane come back with some Vengence but I gotta give it up to Forrest for takin care of buisness and proving why he is the best WelterWeight in the world...

I had this fight a lot closer than most did. The first time I scored it, I had it a draw just like Larry Merchant (I never listen to the audio, the first time). The second time I watched it I gave it to Forrest by a round. I think that Shane was obviously more agressive, but was not as effective and did not get enough punches thrown to win the fight. unlike their first fight I dont think Vernon ever hurt Shane, where as it looked like Shane hurt the Viper from time to time. All said, still not enough to win for Mosley. Like I said before look for a rematch with Oscar at 154 if Oscar gets by Vargas Sept 14th. Both Forrest and Shane are class acts and have great charitable foundations, I would like to see them do it again at 154 2-4 fights from now.

Also the Tarver/Harding fight turned out to be a great outing for Antonio Tarver. His counterpunch turned the tide in an instant. Still though not in Roy's league at all. I would cheer him on though.

i scored the fight close myself, there wasnt no chemistry in the ring like foreman said there was more flinchin then punches thrown. Id be flinchin too if i had to go against that right arm of forrest. I thought mosely threw heavier blows throughout the fight but it was forrest who was more active between the two. I enjoyed the commentating more than the fight, seems like everyone wasnt into it too, them two guys whoever was fighting in the stands got a bigger pop then the fighters, even holyfield took a glance to see what everyone was cheerin about............

It was good fight but it felt like a ruiz holyfield fight didnt get much out of it. Forrester is taller then sugar shane by like 2 inches thats why he can even hang with sugar shane. Sugar Shane will beat anyone his height but obviously theres gonna be people bigger or taller then you. The fight should have been a draw noone had the upper hand in my opinion. To be honest Sugar Shane hit Forrester with some good ass shots i thought would have ko'd him but Forrester didnt fall i was shocked. Sugar Shane still is the quickest and he has the best form for being that quick in my opinion, Its tight how he throws his punches like a maniac but hella cordinated thats why hes raw to me.

I cant wait for oscar to fuck up vargas, i'd definitely go for my boy de la hoya against mosley even though i like both, Cuz de la hoya has much skills its not even funny, i wish he would have had the chance to fight that one dimensional fuck trinidad but oh well.

I agree Roy Jones is the quickest to bad sugar shane and him aint the same size that would be the best match ever made!!!!
