are forming a new label (I can't remember the name) and they said that the artists included JAYO FELONY & FREDDIE FOXX. It was in the SOURCE with 50 CENT on the cover. Holla back.

was it mel man?
He is one of them. It's a total of four. Saying that DRE is aiight as a producer but an a$$hole as a person. Says he thinks he is a god or something and don't give proper production credits and scrilla. Same stuff DAZ said and folks thought he was tripping.

It was Neff-U, Mel Man and two others.

Nice article, talkin bout how dre is hollywood and is all "what have you done for me lately."

Talks about how he will come up in the studio, change one or two things and then take credit for the production - and this IS common practice for producers and has been for quite some time - however Dre doesn't pay royalties like he should.

Was Skooby-Doo one of the "two others who left" or did he already leave a long time ago? He produced a couple of songs from WC's THE SHADIEST ONE ("Can't Hold Back" and "WorldWide Gunnin'"). I remember his name from that DR. DRE PRESENTS...THE AFTERMATH comp from '96 (although the credits on that CD list his name as "Stu-B-Doo", I'm pretty sure it's the same person). Just wondering...

PEACE!

You know what though... I know Mel-Man was in that picture and all, and the Source was really pushin his name out there like he was against Dre, but he did not have ONE quote talking shit on Dre or saying anything. It was just that one big guy talkin loud the whole time, and maybe that's because he's the spokesman for the group, but the whole article would have been a lot more relevant with an actual Mel Man quote on the situation.

I know I wouldn't want to be grouped into something someone is saying just cuz I'm on the cover and got a picture with them.

^^^

I am not too sure who said this quote, but someone else said this quote (either Neff-U or Mel-Man) besides the big spokesperson dude talking!

"I respect Dre as a business man. But as a person, he is a piece of shit"

I hope so too but what's your reasoning? Holla back.
well i know that dre outsources a good deal of his work and they know that too. but just because they contribute large portions of work doesnt mean they can make it all fit together ala a truly great producer. im just hoping that they can do it on their own and not have to find out that dre is the glue that holds the puzzle together

Point blank... Dre makes sure everything's right and puts it out there. It's wrong if Dre is missing people on the credits, but put it like this... even if Dre didn't touch the beat, he's the one who decides it's a hit and puts it out, and he is hardly ever wrong...
