Gannon handed it to him (even though he got pretty messed up himself). Gannon is 0-1 in the UFC and got pummled in the first round in his only appearance. Imagine what a top ranked figher would do?

I just had to post this on here since posts about Kimbo come here often. The guy is just a street thug and would get handed in any professional fight.

key word is professional. kimbo is straight outta jail, his only training is experiance, these ufc guys and what not have professional training. send any neighborhood tough guy kimbos way, and tell me what happens

Gannon beat Kimbo becuase he had in him a Guillotine, which made Kimbo gas quicker due to lack of oxygen. The conditioning was not an initial factor.

Kimbo is not the fresh outta jail thug everyone thinks he is. The guy does train, just as much as any other amatuer fighter (holding a second job).

I am just stressing on the rules that the challenger must abide to. No kicks, no knees, no subs, no ground and pounds, etc. Basically, you must fight Kimbo's fight. Even at that, Sean Gannon took it to him while Kimbo's crew had to keep stepping in. Gannon is a C level fighter at best.

Kimbo does not train like Gannon does. MMA fighters have multiple trainers of different diciplines. Kimbo probably has a sparring partner and some old boxing coach.
