Haha nah man I dont pray over my leftovers. Cuz I'm not actually praying to the food. I'm praying to God. Family dinner (which I haven't had in about 12 years) was a time when everyone in my family could get together and talk, so we'd pray before dinner and thank JC for giving us the opportunity to be there.
I only pray to my food somewhere between the 2nd and 3rd hit of acid.

I love how people pray before meals like its a true gift, not remembering that the thing they are about to eat got slaughtered and gutted up jus so they could momentarily please the appetite, theres plenty of food that is healthy and delicious that doesn't involve killing a helpless living creature, but if you brought that point up to people about to eat an ex animal they'd just laugh in your face and see you as crazy.. I wish sometimes the roles got reversed and the people prayin over their tastey slaughtered animal meat were actually the meat themselves about to get eaten by a thing larger stronger and smarter than us, who prayed over your dead body about how thankful they are to eat you right before they chew your ass up, and just like us they'd have fruits vegetables and other food to eat but would rather eat the tastey meat of an ex living thing, now dont get me wrong Im not a vegan or anything of the sort, but I also don't pray over mean givin thanks for havin a dead animal on my plate when I could have easily eaten something healthy and that didnt require death to kill my hunger.. If I prayed I'd pray to waking up in health, having my loved ones, things like that, but I wouldnt allow myself to be so selfish and stupid as to pray over a dead animal before I eat it, now any religion freaks feel free to come and bash me so I can find more flaws in your twisted arrogant thinking
