Flyer Templates?

I am thinking about making my own flyers for events.

I have some basic photoshop skills from grahpics class in high school, but not some superior quality skills to make a real dope flyer.

I was wondering if there were any templates out there that i could use as a base or as a guide to make my own.

Like a flyer with genaric wording so i could go in a replace the date location artists etc, but still have something that looks professionally done.

i ask because i only see one link on there for templates on fliers, booklets, postcards, etc

the others are all for CD/DVD covers

if there are anymore than just that one (or i'm over looking something) i would appreciate the links
