I DONT TYPE IN CAPS, BUT HERE GOES!!!!!!!!

THAT POST ABOUT BROWN VS. RICE!

IMO...RICE IS THE GREATEST OF. ALL. TIME.

BUT MAN...YOU CANNOT SHIT ON TIM BROWN! LOOK AT WHAT HE DID WITH NOBODY AT QB. WHO WAS HIS BEST QB?! GANNON FOR A YEAR?! OR HOS?!

RICE=G.O.A.T.! <<AS A RAIDERS FAN!

BUT DO NOT SHIT ON TIM BROWN!!!!!!!!!! BROWN > MOST RECIEVERS THESE DAYS! DON'T MAKE UP FALSE COMPARISONS!

RICE COULD BE GREAT, BUT PUT HIM WITH DECENT!!! QB'S...AND THERE'S ONLY SO MUCH HE CAN DO. HE CAN'T PASS TO HIMSELF, MAN.

SO...in closing, Jerry Rice is the G.O.A.T. IMO... but TIM BROWN = GREAT!

I liked Tim Brown as well. You can't just put him down like he was garbage.. But in terms of Brown Vs. Rice.. Jerry wins every time. I understand that Rice had 2 of the best QBs of all time throwing to him in Montana and Young, but how many short slants did he take to the house? How many CBs got toasted trying to cover him? How many spectacular catches did he make when the QB was off target? Rice was a threat before and after the ball was in his hands, and a lot of the catches he made were simple pass patterns that almost any QB could make (not all QBs obviously, but most) because he was wide open. So the QB arguement doesn't hold as much weight as you might think.

Other than that, I agree with Redrum.
