You get jail time, but you can serve it out in a weekend work program,(those cats in the orange vests picking up garbage on the side of the road). Probably a $1500 fine, and you'll have to complete DUI classes, which take about three months...it's a bitch, but you gotta get it all done, or they will put a warrant out for you, and then you might spend time in jail...good luck mayne.
