First Degree FU2 orders

I ordered FU2 2 weeks b4 release from Media Play they said they lost my order and gave me my money back. Ive ordered the last few ones Black Bat,FU1,Planet Zero from Degree.I was wonderin if he still does that or should i just place an order someplace else. Get back at me someone that knows what to do.
