firefox and the window media player plugin

so i cant watch videos on firefox because it says i dont have the windows media player plugin... i have the newest version on windows media player and i cant seem to figure it out.... anyone know what to do

Have you gone to the firefox and looked for any plugins or have the latest version and all the proper codecs? My firefox plays flawlessly.

mine did too until the motherboard failed and they had to replace it and ever since it doesnt work again...
