X signs off his letters with "Love, Loyalty, & Respect." I like to think of these as the philosophical pillars of the label and key traits of everybody on our team. This is one side of our label. The other side, the business side, is based around X's unbelievable work ethic. Since April 2009 we've released 6 albums and have 4 more ready to go. Next year we're likely to drop an album every month. We don't have time for bullshit or egos or sloth. So for us to consider signing anyone, they'd have to be of a unique caliber of individual who is solid on all fronts. They also have to be sensitive to the irregularities caused by X's incarceration. A lot of people can't deal with that.
True Dat. X has an UNBELIEVABLE work ethic. When we did Bloc Bizniz we rapped the whole album over the phone to him to make sure that shit was right. I got nothin bout Love, Loyalty, & Respect for Raided. We gonna stay knoccin out these muthafuccin albums. We gonna stay in your ear with this shit. We gone stay solid and steer clear of weenie ass fools. I'm with the bizness, and anybody that will call themselves being a part of Bloc Star gonna have to be with the shit, or we aint fuccin wit'em off top.

Filthy Rich IS a really good producer. Definitely a very versatile artist. Rich doesn't have alot, if any beats that sound the same, imo but he still has his own sound. I thoughtBloc Bizniz was dope.jmo I'm still bumpin alot of that album. Check da Rhyme was dope,(X needed another verse on that one, but dope nonetheless), Fire was tight, I really liked Abducted, I'm Better(beat was bangin, keep rollin with that piano shit), I thought Jacramento was sicc, I still bump that alot. I know, I'm one of those 1%er X fans, but he's lucky to be surrounded by alot of good folx. Ya'll keep doin your thing at Blocstar.

When the hell is Curse of the Gifted comin out?

Rich whats it like working with X? The production and vocals match like that beat and them lyrics are meant, unlike his last project with Loki IMO. 2.5 is like a book, you gotta read into it and listen deep to really appreciate x's lyrics, and your production. I hear something new each time - keep it up!
