i fought an employee on a job site before...i was trying to tell him how to do something cause he was fuckin up but guess he didnt want to hear,got all pissy and threw a makita battery at me,hit me in the shin. so i socked him once (ended up hittin his neck) and dipped him onto a stack of sheetrock. walked away and told him to go home,havent seen him since

my brother has a learning disability, so he really doesn't understand the consequences, how to be professional etc...
he reported this to HR once, but dude been bothering him for the past year. supe had them workin the same shift. but if my bro wouolda wne to hr about this months ago, dude woulda been fired or at least they woulda had em workin different shifts. but it is what it is, hopefully he learn from this.

I'd still look into it. It's a new year could be much tougher laws on this in california, you never know. If he reported once and its documented somewhere you may have something lightweight, if all else at least the company's higher ups will hear about it and look at and question HR for that branch. and if their lawyers have to get involved too that will cost them money also. make them work for firing your bro.
yeah i used to work at ihop and i ended up going at it with the cook. that fool used to stare me down like i was a punk lol. i hit him up about it and started talking hella shit to him. so we finally went out back and i served that fool. had flash backs and shit lol. anyways the next time i went into work they let me go. what really made me strike on that fool was because he called my homnegirl a nigger.
Some drunk indian cat told me some racisct ass shit once. I told him and his friends to bounce cause they was too faded. I got right next to him and asked what the fuck he said and dumb ass said that bullshit again. After that i fired on his ass. He put his hands down and was leaking from both eyes and left with knots on his dome. He had glasses so i picked em up handed it to him and walked his ass right to the street. After that his own friends wanted to beat his ass and they was telling me that he deserved it and was apologizing to me
I had a job @ a warehouse for 2 yearz & over 80% of the employees were ex felons so u can just imagine what went on @ that job. That waz a hella unprofessional enviroment. It waz like jail.
But I learned @ a job u gotta keep shit politically correct esp if u a minority cuz these white folkz got wayz of stoppin people from eating. Snitching on people @ work iz bitch shit but if someone iz on u fuckin with u 4 no reason then u gotta go 2 HR & holla @ them cuz that aint snitching thatz blowing the whistle. Some people fuck with u on purpose trying 2 set something off so they can flip the script & run they ass down 2 HR snitching on u. U gotta speak up off top & get that shit str8. Your whole lively hood iz @ stake when u on these jobs. I've dealt with a lot of fucked up situation @ jobs & know how 2 play the game now.
