Obviously, FN2004 was the best boxing game ever created. Round 2 has fixed a lot of the little glitches, has better graphics and much more cool features such as "Cutman", which you take control of your corner between rounds and help your boxer stay in the fight longer by cleaning him up and taking care of his cuts. Before, your face would get fucked up and cut, but it didnt matter 'cuz rounds would never be stopped. Now it fights can be stopped because of cuts and cuts effect your boxers abilities in the ring.
There is also total control. In the first game, you couldnt block and move your boxer at the same time, thats been fixed.
