The Chevy Impala is one of the most iconic cars of all time.....ONE of the most.

Basically I just wanted to know what is your favorite Impala of all time, if any.

The Impala went through major/minor body/detail changes every year from the time it was introduced in '58 with the newer generations being excepted.


For me the '59




and the '63




and the '65




are my personal favs.


Now, I never said the Impala is the best car on earth and its not my favorite car either, I just want to see what people think.

Thats all.

I cant even call it, too many good ones but I'd have to agree wit CALM 1 NPK 503 on 63,64,65.... SS of course

i dont even know about cars like that, thats crazy how some people just know that shit off top...like how some cats can tell you dudes batting percentage in baseball or all the stats on someone in football...for all i know one impala has a meaner engine, or the insides is tighter..id have to drive them bitches and look at them with my own eye and not a drivers mag to even know..i havent driven too many cars? maybe 4 different ones..but every car that ive ever driven felt different to me.

the only impalas i really ever saw were either in rap videos when it got hella popular or driving by and i never knew about it like that

did yall grow up into cars? i mean, for the people calling out numbers

or is this just something youve picked up as secondhand knowledge watching a pimp my ride here and a car and driver mag there

Me personally.....

I am an automobile Enthusiast.

I will find something to like about damn near anything on 4 wheels.

I can remember when I was about 5-6 in Pasadena always bein in my dads red '77 Monte Carlo and watchin everybody at night smash down the streets at night with the front ends dropped with scrape plates on the bottom of them.....scrapin down the street with sparks flyin everywhere.

Thats how it started for me.....

But like you said, everybody has their own thing......this is mine.
