to take a shit?

I like to go a little bit after lunch at work, but on weekends i like to wake up around 11 and read the paper while i'm takin care of biz

and how do you wipe your ass? do you stand up or stay sitting? do you wipe from front to back or back to front ? or maybe you just dab it a little bit at a time? do you use more than one flush?

I usually take a shit halfway through Drinkin' my Morning Coffee at anywhere form 7:30AM to 8:30AM, And I usually take a shit at lunch time or right after. But it all Depends on What I've been eating.
