I browned the chicken off in a pot with a lil evoo, and made a simmering sauce with tomato paste, dried onion flakes, crushed garlic, cracked black pepper, poultry seasoning, lime and mccormicks taco seasoning. i poured it over the chicken and the juices, and i am going to simmer it for a couple hours til the chicken shreds. i'm gonna take the meat out of the sauce and use it for my tacos later.
