I've known about these charges for a minute now, just been waiting to see any further news. It'll be a damn shame if his album just fades out... but there's enough people behind him that that shouldn't happen.

There's a tradeoff:

It shows that possibly he's "real" with his music, something people are more and more skeptical of these days with artists. On the other hand, it increases the likelihood there will be no more music from this guy.

Damn, the article said he was looking at only a few+ years. Why wouldn't we see music from this cat after he gets out? I'm surprised he's only looking at that little of time with the case he caught. I can see a couple years for just the charge of second-degree being a felon in possession of a firearm . With having a previous felony conviction and also the drive-by-shooting charge, you think he would be going down for awhile. Maybe he's lucky WA doesn't have Measure 11........... Anyway, a couple plus years for all this ain't shit. He can do that time standing on his head!

If he only sees 2 or 3 years for a driveby shooting he's getting off easy. Even if nobody was hurt that's pretty much attempted murder.

I caught a case for a drive-by and did NO TIME! (accept a couple day's in Sno-Co in a holding cell). Charges dropped! Not enough evidence. Same in his case too probly or they wouldn't have let him off so easy! He should fight it if you ask me!

The whole Sportn' Life crew is doing everything we can to keep Fatal's name hot in the streets, so if you don't have your copy of the album, head over to www.myspace.com/djnphared, pick one up, and show you're really down to support that quality NW hip-hop. As for Fatal, he's holding his head, waiting to go through all his dates, we're all hoping he comes out of this as best as possible. And yall can dead all the talk of never hearing from him again or his career being over, cause that ain't happening as long as we got something to say about it. It's the Life!
