i just bought a Fat Kev cd from somebody and it hella looks like a bootleg. all the inserts look like it has been printed from a printer. the cd itself doesnt even have a pressing code. the cd is plain silver with black print. does anybody else own this cd? let me know if yours is the same way. thanks.

damn, thats what i thought. dude on amazon fuckin ripped me off. says it was a sealed copy. when i got it, i already could tell it was home-made by the look of the plastic wrapping. i opened it up and saw it was a cd-r and called the guy cuz he was never responding to my emails. i sent him about 20 emails and not even one response. dude said that i cant return opened cds.

i left him negative feedback and he responded by saying that i canceled my order and that he refunded my money the same day. and i guess he googled my name and got whatever info he could use to make it seem like im a seller that got caught selling boot-leg cds. the website he found with my name in it wasnt even created by me. the website doesnt even sell anything...just a bunch of links to listen to some bay songs.

what a fuckin moron. i wish his "store/warehouse" was near by...id pay him a little visit.

yeah theyre the same twats that was sellin a cd-r of Caine album for a griddle.

I've bought some good stuff off em in the past, 5 or 6 cds, but aint fucked with em for bout 2 years now. Thanks for the heads up.

Moonlightsales are responsible for creating a lot of pages on amazon for indie rap though. So they are one of the main reasons why more sellers are puttin underground shit on there (cause it's in the database and they dont have to fuck about).

yeah, when i was on the phone with moonlightsales, he seemed kinda weird. i was askin him questions like where he gets his cds from and where he comes up with some of his prices. he told me that he got the most of his cds (including the Fat Kev cd) from a guy who sold him a truck-load full of cds. i asked how he came up with some of the prices he has on his cds...and he straight up told me that he doesnt really know how much the cds are really worth...he just makes a wild guess and prices the cds off the top of his head.

but yeah, i aint trippin about what he said about me. people are gonna click on that site and see that its not even my website and there is NOTHING on their that is for sale to make it seem like im a boot-leg seller
