I've been reporting these bootlegs for more than a week now , but It seems that ebay doesn't give a damn about it , as long as they are getting paid :angry: . But hey , that's how Capitalism works , right ?

He called me several times asking me to change my negative feedback. I told him I would once he put that he was selling CD-Rs in every single item description.

Only way to stop em is if the owner or the creator of those CD's files a copyrighted claim. That means the artist or record label are the only people capable of doing something cause they will show eBay evidence of ownership.

You could pin point the record labels to his store and they would probably do something about it.
