I know this is a RAP thread but I'm goin for the money with this music shit so I'm goin all out the box and producen this phenominal country singer!!!!!! Yes........ A country singer!!! No it's not my type of music but one thing I can say is that country music fans really support their artist, the artist isn't haten on each other and the record sales are still sky high!!!! It's all about being a business man and NO I'm not asking siccness to buy my artist album cause it's not for everybody, not even me!!!!!! I'm just go be the boss behind the scenes getten those big checks!!! Everyone knows rap ain't sellen like it used to especially for independent artist!!!! It's time to work my boss game and try somethin new!!!! Look at Darius Rucker from Hootie n the Blowfish....... He switched over and said he's had the most money, sales and support he's ever had!!!!!! If you think about it, instead of people starten to hate on this thread, you would sit back watch and learn like I'm doin and expand your business to different people!!!! All I see is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ with this move!!!! And the person that I'm producen already has a fan base, I just gotta invest and push them now!!!! One love!! AP9

Thats coo, do something different. Its not only rap thats not selling, its CDs in general. Last weeks top album sold like 44,000 in a week. 10 years ago the top album would sell 500,000 + in a week. Its all digital n downloads n stuff. Me personally I like to have a hard copy of a cd then sum tracks on itunes.

Didn't Darius Rucker aways make that type of music??? I don't think he ever switched.....But it sounds like a good business move considering county music's reach and lack of negative stigma attached to it......But just like any other form of entertainment, its gonna' be very difficult....Best of luck tho'......

Good shit AP honestly its best to invest in other genres of music bc rap isnt what it used to be. You should get you a talented & marketable teenage singer and push them you will get big bank off it im talking about some justin bieber, miley cirus & kesha(i think thats how you spell her name) type artist that all the young generation will support
