Me: Tell us a little bit about yourself...

Me: What projects are you currently working on?
Ric: my sophomore album "miseducation of a gangsta" and me and ise b got an album coming out as well untitled yet. so look out for that.
Me: Any idea as to when your new album will be released?
Ric: be on the lookout first quarter next year...

Ric: release date 08/25/09

Ric: mitchy is my home boy weve known each other two decades or more. as far as music we have been working together since strong arm robbery one. we did rolling with geez. that was i think 2000

Ric: we just wrapped up the video for the 2nd single off the "yellow tape" whats bicker den dat...
Me: Is there any New West artists you would like to work with?
Ric: any body thats official in this here game.
Me: Do you plan to release any more solo projects?
Ric: absolutely.
Me: What is your take on the current state of hip hop as well as west coast hip hop?
Ric: i think the current state of hip hop is great as a business. its feeding families and taking niggas out the hood. but as far as west coast hip hop we need to get past the gang shit if we gonna ever come together as a coast. it shouldnt matter were you from or what you represent as long as you westcoastin. down south they dont care if you from atl or new orleans or miami as long as you rep for the south and you hot then you on. we need to start using that format and get these djs to start playing our shit. its a lot of hot shit out here it just needs to be fed to the masses. we need more support from our radio stations. i could go on for days but you get the picture.
