We present to you an exclusive interview with BigFase100. All credit goes to Streamlyne who did this interview for us!

Streamlyne: Who do you believe is bringing back West Coast Hip-Hop?

BigFase100: Blowing no smoke, I'm a one of the biggest components to this whole West Coast resurgence. I'm the man behind The Game. (No disrespect to Jimmy), I'm the man behind G.Malone (no disrespect to Mack10), and I'm bringin' in B-Fly next. Outside of that, Bishop is poised for greatness with the Aftermath/Interscope machine behind him. My boy LiL Bam from the LBC, and Phat Rat's protege Ya Boy. And of course the West Coast MC's I grew up on are keepin it breathing. WC, Kam, Snoop, Dogg Pound, Cube.

Streamlyne: Would you ever consider getting back behind the mic?

BigFase100: The only way I would consider that is if the people want it. I take pride in being the architect/teacher, its a whole notha high. I feel like I missed my chance to be an artist. I was an artist from 89-95, my shit was nice but I never got a break.

Streamlyne: What's your current relationship/involvement with the Cedar Block Pirus?

BigFase100: My people in the streets are family. I love my people and it's that simple. It's for life because it's my life. But I'm 31 years young and proud to be alive and well. I'm workin' on becoming an anti-gang activist to tell you the truth.

Streamlyne: Your father, known as Maniac, seems quite optimistic at the chances of yourself and your brother, rapper The Game, settling your differences in the near future. Is this possible at all? And why/why not?

BigFase100: My dad wants the best for his family. I do as well. But I don't think this guy (Game) cares to much about family and values. I don't have any beef with dude. He did a "Kain and Abel" on me but I'm not dead. God asked him "Where is your brother?" and just as the story went, he aggressively answered "Am I my brother's keeper?" He left me in the city for dead with less than I had before he got a deal. But I'm a man, with a will to persevere to weather this storm, not to mention an unconditional love for Hip Hop. I'ma be ok. But long story short. He owes me. Holla at me but bring your checkbook. 3 or 4 years worth of my heart, soul & my hood went into his success. I put my whole life on hold. Understand that before you think I'm just a hater. He knows the real.

Streamlyne: You say you set the backdrop for Game's career. Do you think he's stealing your identity with a lot of the things he claims? Eg; his gangsta image, street cred?

BigFase100: He did that! And to tell the truth he did it with my blessing in hopes of "securing my family's future". That's how the dream was sold to me. I felt if he was reppin' the streets and reppin' me it was good, like he was my voice. But the dust clears and I'm still on Brazil, renting. My 10 yr old and 7 yr old daughter aint seen this dude in more than 2 years. I did it all for them.

Streamlyne: Game says you turned your back on him. What's your reaction to that?

BigFase100: My importance to him dwindled over a short time. He had rung my towel dry so he thought and our relationship changed as a result. I just told em I didn't wanna be a character in his show anymore. I think he wanted me out truthfully. But in no way did I think we were done all together. He fired all my people from jobs that they hadn't yet received and stopped coming to Compton. He sent messengers to reposess shit that he had given me. It was fuck me from then on. And 1.5 million never happened, (Game - "One Night" I spent 1.5 Mill on my niggaz)not even the .5. But he knows how to sell it.

Streamlyne: Word on the street is Game took some of your old lyrics and put them into tracks calling them his own. Are you aware of any of this biting?

BigFase100: I don't think he has any of my old shit. And even though I was before my time with my spit, he has a God given talent as well. He don't gotta bite shit. He might not be above it, but he can hold his own. Even though the last album wasn't really the shit. Maybe he just got lazy.

Streamlyne: What are your thoughts on Glasses Malone working with Game?

BigFase100: That was The Game testing my armor and that armor was not difficult to penetrate. G.Malone jumped at the opportunity, even though he asked my opinion beforehand, I gave him my blessing because I saw that he wanted to do it. That ended up being the beginning of the end of our relationship. Which this is the first time I have mentioned that fact. G.Malone ended up not being so different than The Game. Sometimes I say, why me? Where are the real ones at?

Streamlyne: What can we expect from your new DVD, Ain't No Game?

BigFase100: To be honest, the DVD isn't coming. I couldn't get the distribution I was looking for and the shit has been dragged on for so long that I don't believe the interest is as high as it would have been if the timing was right. I'm a consumer too. I'm tired of hearing about Game & Fase. "What is Fase gonna do" is the question. Fase is gonna bring you his lil sister B-Fly next. Then maybe they will respect me and let me run one of these labels and save them from sinking.

Streamlyne: Game stuck up for you on the track Body Bags with the line "Fuck Spider Loc, that's for Big Fase" after hearing about Spider turning his back on you during your altercation with White Boy. How did that make you feel?

BigFase100: I put my self in a fans shoes and said, I don't buy it. He said "Fuck Spider" but not "Fuck White Boy". White Boy on Youtube with his BWS chain talkin' tuff. I felt it was a stunt. Not genuine at all. Some rapper shit.

Streamlyne: Spider says he wasn't even there when the altercation occurred. Was he? And did he indeed turn his back on you and not defend you?

BigFase100: He was pulling off as dude start moufin' off. He rolled off but his people were responsible for uppin the footage to Youtube. And then he does his wanna be Howard Cosel play-by-play video to get some shine off the shit, which was a real bitch move. He wasn't supposed to defend me, but he wasn't supposed to do all that bitch shit either.

Streamlyne: What's your relationship with Spider at the moment?

BigFase100: Who?

Streamlyne: Your record label, Brazil Street Records, seems to be getting off the ground. What can we expect to hear from the label in the future?

BigFase100: B-Fly, Lost Soulz Mean Team & Young Friday. They the future.

Streamlyne: It's good to see your sister B-Fly doing her thing and you supporting her talent. Can we expect to hear some new tracks from her anytime soon?

BigFase100: We are gettin' her mixtape ready right now so look for that and she is workin' on her street album "Life Is Like ....." She is ready.

Good interview. Thanx Coop. But I do hate it when they ask West Coast rappers who do they think is holding the west down, who's the next up & coming talent etc. & they only name niggaz from their backyard. I'm not checking for nobody that nigga named.

Anybody heard B-Fly rap? Is she any good?

I seriously didn't know he was any kind of factor. Not clowning - I just thought he was Game's brother and they had some beef.

To be honest that was an alright interview, Fase came with the real saying he not dropping the DVD because distribution and who really STILL wants to hear about game and Face beefing. As far as his record label and his artisit that is still yet to be seen.
