Evil feeling after sleep

I know this title sounds crazy as fuck but i didn't know how else to describe it. I just woke up and I feel like I have been dreaming about some fucked up evil shit all night but I can't remember any of it. I still got this weird ass feeling in my stomach. Anyone know what I'm talkin about?

but yeah, i dream about shit i dont understand. im dreaming about the same dream alot lately, where either new york or san francisco was isolated from the rest of the world through some sort of war or explosion and the city was on some mad max shit..i usually end up in some sort of car trying to save people or getting in a gunfight with a few people..ive had that dream like 5-6 times and its weird because the modes of transportation and the 'ways of the world' in my dream are hella detailed...either im really fucking smart in my sleep or its gonna actually happen
