ITS NOT EAST COCO RELATED...BUT LATELY I BEEN DROPPIN HELLA WEIGHT (280 IN SEPTEMBER-227 TODAY) SO THE QUESTION IS...WHAT DO YALL DO 2 KEEP IN HEALTH AND MAINTAIN OR EVEN LOSE WEIGHT...I JUSS RECENTLY STARTED WORKIN OUT...AND IM FEELIN PRETTY GOOD BOUT MYSELF...I USED 2 RUN THE MILE IN 27 MINUTES...I FINISHED A MILE IN 17 MINUTES TODAY...HOW IS IT FOR THE REST OF YOU

i need 2 gain weight so i drink beer & eat fast food, but yea i feel good after workin out at tha gym. Dont run 2 much though. Unless its from tha 5-0

YOU DONT NEED SURGURY FOO JUS KEEP EXCERCISING AND EATIN HEALTHY........I AINT DONE NIETHER IN A MINUTE....I WAS ALWAYS IN MY BEST SHAPE WHEN I GOT LOCCED UP CUZ THE FOOD IS MINIMAL AND I EXCERCISED OUT OF BOREDOM.....IVE GONE FROM 200 WHEN I WAS 18 UP TO 260 AS OF NOW......BUT I ALSO GREW A FEW INCHES.....IVE GOTTEN A BEER BELLY BUT NOT MUCH FAT OTHER THAN THAT.....I HAVE LOST MUSCLE THOUGH SO I NEED TO START LIFTIN AGAIN.......

i dont know to much about it but my mom got it done the surgery is like 30,000 but she paid like a g because of safewayz benfits. she go it done last year an she lost like 60lbs. if u goin do it do your research she was research about year. but enewayz homie congrate that good thing homie keep up work

I'm 5'10" and weigh 230, pretty stalky. Time to lose some weight.
When I do workout , I lift everyday.
You gotta let your muscles relax so they can grow. Alternate different body parts.
And I would run every other day about 2 miles in 12mins. I can still do that :cool:

Main thing is when you lift, you gotta give your muscles a chance to recover and lots of protein intake.
Chicken breasts, egg whites, protein shakes are good after you work out.

i went from 315 to now 180 all u gotta do is cut back on soda an fat ass foods an get in a eating habit so your body knows when to cut down all u ate.
like my folks from texas he is a highland fighter an he said try not to eat after 7pm sumtimes 6pm.
an diet soda is the worst to drink because of the fake sugar they put it helps save fat cells more then regular soda.
i mean dont cut out shit u like 2 eat i mean u gotta spoil yourself here an there if u wanna use that gay azz word spoil but i dont know what else to call it hahha.
or unless your like my cousin were u can eat 50 pizzas a day n not gain no weight.
