So I bought this album from sosouth.com on ebay and I checked their listing for it on Amazon.com also and sais its the original press. I know they get their hands on some finds every once in awhile. They have quite a few of them. So I got it today, and it came in a regular sealed jewel case, but wasnt that album released in one of those black no limit style cases? The inserts look OG and it had an old ass price tag on the sealed plastic sleeve.

What's the full ringcode on the jewel case version, if you've opened it?

I got the q-pack (no limit case version), which you would think that came first considering the time of 1998 when those cases were getting used a lot.

Yeah, I bought that ESG CD immediately after it was released and it has a white q-pack (thanks lounge for bringing up the name)

I have both versions. Aside from the obvious difference in packaging, they are virtually identical except for 2 small changes in the artwork that make me think the jewel case version is a second pressing.

CD artwork, Track 11 on the Q Pack version has a typo (semicolon instead of an apostrophe), on the jewel case version this has been corrected. They forgot to fix it on the back cover, though.

Back cover, the jewel case version has the record label's name and phone number in a bold white font at the bottom, where the Q Pack version does not.

Q Pack ring code is a barcode and DIDX-061560 1

Jewel case ring code is 166367-4C1-8089-A **BHR-1001**

ah ha... now we're getting closer... without seeing a pic of it the Jewel case version would actually be a Disctronics pressing some time from either 1997-1998...

I think you are right. I looked up the IFPI codes:

Q Pack version: IFPI L323 - Sony DADC US (DIDX)

Jewel Case version: IFPI 2D4A - Disctronics
