Not really feeling this CD.
Definitely better than his last 2, but not up to same caliber as his first 3 (4 counting Infinite which I thought was one of his best lyrical offerings)
The production on the CD gets repetitive by the end of the first listen, and by the time I had listened to the CD twice, I was over it. Totally opposite of my feeling on albums 1-3.
Lyrically there are some bright spot but there are also forehead slappers like;
"haters can make like bees with no stingers, and drop dead"
and
"So I solemnly swear to always treat this roof like my daughters and raise it"
and
"Cause I’m raising the bar, I shoot for the moon
But I’m too busy gazing at stars"
(I know those are all on the same song, but that is too much even on a whole album IMO)
Finally, the use of "doodie" is pretty ghey, and hop off Wayne's nuts.
The bright spot is that fucking terrible accent is gone.
