His singing voice kills my ears in choruses.
Edit: I'm glad to hear a lack of accents. This is better than Relapse based on the fact that I won't have to put up with that shit while trying to pay attention to the lyrics. Also, the production is definitely good change for him. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the guitars and shit at first, but it meshes well with his pissed off flow.

bullshit em dont use no ghostwriter he writes his own shit he even auctioned off rap books and had some stolen. maybe he has some behind the scenes people proof edit but he not using no ghostwriter.
Thing is this album is killing relapse and way more serious. yeah he has pop beats on here but it dont matter to me bc he spitting fire and he a crossover artist so i expect his shit to be a lil poppy bc he goes on world tours..
tell me, i see you hatin on this album, what makes the album in ur sig any better? the rhymes are as just good if not better than every royce track on BE3 but with more depth and story behind it. and people who complain about the features are you serious? there is no features besides lil wayne, the bitches are on hooks and names are there for making money (which isnt bad). i swear some of y'all could be contensants of when keeping it real goes wrong for the chapelle show.

Did I say he ONLY uses ghostwriters? No. Does he use them at all? In my opinion yes. As fast as he put this cd out after relapse, I think he used a lil help. Am I knocking him for it? No. I'm also not putting him on a pedestal above other artists who have used the same "tools of the trade". I'm fairly certain none of us here personally know him, let alone kicked it with him while he was writing. So anything regarding the subject would be speculation and opinion. You guys are free to believe what you want, I will do the same.

i have it amazon'd on pre-order, but until it gets here, im stuck with 128k sound. with that stated, this is some of his best work, without doubt his most passionate full-release. shady has always been funny, quirky and full of humor, sometimes passionate--track's like lose yourself, white america, way i am, brain damage, kim, mosh. if this album is what he can accomplish sober, i hope he stays on that clean wagon. if you can get me emotional, that's how you get me tracked. he goes off and intimate and crazy. the first time i spent with the 128k was genuine, and when this album drops the hip hop world will shake.. mos def will tilt his head, and black thought will say, Damn. rakim is gonna trip. the internal rhyme has not commonly been brought to the extreme like this. dude goes off like crazy. this isnt shady; this is the culmination of what shady and em and marsh have worked toward for more than a decade. at his best. he just fucking strictly-4-my-niggaz this shit. it's like he took the track "underground" and gave it hella depth and prolonged it for sixteen tracks and then added one more track for good measure.
hahahaha sixteen tracks for sixteen bars, but there's always room for one more word !!
