So the Gears of War release date was announced today, November 12th.

I can't fucking wait to get that game. It's gonna be so fucking sick. I think I might go place a pre-order for it sometime soon.

Anyone else gonna pre-order it?

I said the day GOW comes out is the day I'll purchase a 360. Yep, the ps3 comes out the next day, but GOW is what I've been waiting for.

Yeah it comes out the same week the PS3 comes out.

This can make for some interesting fanboy verbal (and physical) confrontations. Statistics show that Xbox loyalists are generally older, but the Sony fans outnumber them.

I'm reserving my copy as well as a lawn chair haha....

I went into EB Games the other day put down $20 to pre-order the Collector's Edition.

This game is gonna be a system seller for sure, especially to people that wanted a PS3, but were turned away cuz the stores were sold out.

It's probably like Halo 2's collectors edition... Nothing really that you'll ever use.
