does anybody know who the fuck this guy is??? he is fuckin pissing me off with his "I WANT MY MONEY BACK" emails and complaints through PayPal. Says im the worst seller he's dealt with. I ship my items out hella quick and have 100% feedback. WTF! i hate dealing with these type of people trying to get CD's and their money back.

add him to your blocked bidders/buyers list.

says he never got his package. I shipped to the address shown on his paypal payment (which is the same address shown on his ebay account). With 1st Class International you cant really "track" the package to see if it was delivered. When you track the Custom Form Number on www.usps.com it gives me this message:

"Your item was accepted at (TIME) on (DATE) in SAN JOSE, CA 95101. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."

thing is, i get this message even though international packages DO get delivered. many of the other people who i sent packages to the same day already got their packages and their Tracking information still says the same thing as above. this dude is also claiming through paypal that the Tracking Number SHOULD show his address if it was actually delivered. Dude is just bullshitting his way through this mess trying to get free cds.

i googled his name and it seems like people has had problems with him for the past 3 years. also, when he first bought my items his ebay user id showed that he changed his user name 3 times. dude is just a pain to deal with.

hahaha i was bout to say..."WHAT?!?!"
but yeah i know dude is lying though. now he's like "just give me half of my money back and ill close the dispute and leave you Neutral Feedback"

hella bullshit. he has the cd's and knows he might lose the paypal case so now he's trying to get some of his money back instead of getting nothing back. haha fuckin loser trying to be all nice now.

thats why i dont do international transaction no more, they all fuckin scammers
Yeah, who the fuck need Europe anyway? It's all just small cars and silly clothes, right. watch it so you don't piss off all the international members on siccness. You know that what you're saying is all bullshit anyway. Also, if it wasn't for international sellers all you US sellers wouldn't earn half the money you get for a bunch of your records on ebay because international sellers have hella money and benefit from a nice exchange rate compared to USD.

Damn those shady buyers are making all Europeans look like crooks. I receive 99,5% of all my packages and I don't see why the German post system should be any less reliable. That punk buyer is just trying to get a free CD. I just hate those fuckin dudes that act like that, because there are more and more sellers that refuse to send internationally because of their actions -and I spend a lot of time contacting such sellers to convince them to make an exception and ship to me.

Remar, I wish you all the best of luck on dealing with this punk. Y'all should hire a whoop ass-squad that could travel all around the world to knock on these dudes' doors and take care of their knee caps LOL.

The only person that claimed they ain't get a package from me was in the US. I don't like shipping overseas cause its a pain in the ass and all people do is complain about shipping rates.

remar, ship only thru paypal playa...hella mofuccas will try to get you if you ship directly at the post office. ever since fools trying to pull fake ass paypal claims on me sayin they didn't receive shit and get their full refund even tho i know they got their shit, i've been shipping only on paypal now. they ship only usps international priority mail/express mail. that's it, and if they claim they didn't receive shit, i have proof from paypal that they didn't opt to purchase any insurance or tracking unless they paid for express mail service. you know that playa, u used to work there. paypal doesn't care if you ship at the post office and shipped first class airmail or global priority mail, as long as you didn't ship thru paypal they won't cover your assets! just tryin to help out my comrades cuz i'm tired of this shit, once i'm down with all of my inventory, i'm closing my shop for good..

@ flowjob & Marv - thanks for the heads up. i tried using PayPal for international packages a long while back but i had a hard time because they required the buyers phone number. and everytime i asked for the buyers phone number they would respond with "you dont need my phone number to ship a package". but if paypal changed their ways with international shipping then ill start looking into that now. ill take a look at your shipping description also and try to set mine up the same way.

but yeah dude keeps sending me more messages everyday like i can do something about it. i keep telling dude theres not much more i can do after i leave the package in the Post Office's hands. the only thing i can do is call the post office and give a description of the cds and package and hope they still have it. but other than that...us sellers cant really do too much more to insure the package gets delivered. i hate buyers who cant understand that.

Ive shipped a few international items through paypal
Pros: it emails the buyer giving them the tracking info & since it's with paypal they have record of the shipment
Cons: the only shipping options are priority & express which are hella expensive. The cheapest possible international shipping via paypal is like $25 or something like that. Ive used it when the buyer bought a bunch of expensive cds but for cheap ones I just mail & pray.
Im thinking of charging $25 shipping on international orders over $30.00 but then again Im gonna be done selling by March
