might seem like a wierd thread but whos willing to really share what they do for a living?

if you are high school? fuck it say so.....

going to college?...which one?

have an actual career or career path with a company?

have a scanless ass min wage job? ...where at?

do you hustle just to eat and have a beer to drink...?

I manage a motel.
I got into the buisness while living in alaska... went from desk clerk to the top in 3 yrs and have been managing for 2.

right now, im strictly doing drywall installations. i used to work at wincos too, restocking the shelves but got layed off. im not making that much money anymore but making enough to live off of.

theres a target warehouse thats going to be hiring in another month or 2. so im gunna try to get on that and stop doing drywall, i fucking hate it. i know a few people that work there, so my chances are pretty good.

edit: do you work at a national chain? or is it more of a local company?

alaska? cool how was that??? my pops and uncles and shit worked there when they first got here in the states.. well ever since i got out of the Corps, ive been workin full time here in downtown fresno at a Air conditioning unit distributor, shits coo, gettin paid a lil less than what i was gettin but its all good, its chill, i spend most of my time doin homework since its a lil slow right now, im also goin to school full time at nights after work at Fresno city and Madera.....

target whearhouse in woodland? if so i always go and apply they never call me back!!!! they pay good. try the hp wearhouse down the same court all the way in the back. if your criminal record is clean try it out i heard that place is koo u drive a forklift all day. i had the job but when they recive my record it was a wrap!

i work for a national chain and am pretty good at my job.
i keep my personal life very personal around the office ya dig.......

alaska was full of opportunity and welcoming people.
(also full off drunk ass wanna be thuggish natives and liars and degenerates hiding from the real world.....which is why i abandonded the land of milk n honey after 4 yrs there 04-08)
i took over the fuckin island and set up quite a few homiez who i knew would actually keep a job. if you want a job in alaska you are hired!, if you cant work 12-14 hour dayz tho stay your ass home cuz even retail jobs in a tourist shop will work you 14 hrs.....

no profiling as to how you dress or look from the pigz too. they whole time there i just did me but my fashion is pretty obvious and when some of the homiez went knucklehead flyin bandanas in the nation's largest rainforrest reserve..(lol).......copz there where just like ''hip hoppers''.....

yeah thats the one. i applied once before, like 2 years ago and never got a call back either. did the computer test, interview all in the same day and aint get shit back. 3 days a week, overtime whenever, holidays and all that good shit, sounds good to me.

get a MOS that will transfer over to the civilian force, dont be no grunt that shit will be useless unless you tryin to be a cop or somethin.....be admin, intel, motor t shit like that .....

If i go in infantry I'm planning to do 6 years after that re-enlist and get another MOS

that's cool and all but wat makes you think you will like it? Trust me dontbe a grunt first pick a diff mos first so at least when you get out you got somethin to fall back on

I was going into the army back in 2003.
i was goin to be an aviation tech and be trained in maine......
I did the MEPS thang in Inglewood and real well on the asvab test.
while at Meps they told me to lose 27 lbs and gave me 3 months to do it.
During those three months a lot changed in my life and i was disqualified from the service.
i still wonder what life would have been like in the armed forces......

I can tell you right now you couldve had a good ass job with that experience in aviation...my dumbass had to rush it and I shouldve thought out a better mos...oh well that's life ya dig

I was in the army 4 a year and a half did basic n ait, at ft.Leonard wood , but got o.t.h, after I caught a charge while on leave, ..... I want 2 go back after I'm off paper, I liked it there's hella opportunity in the military, .......
