yup...hella old. '97. chuy used to play that vid on 'xxx' (shit, can't remember the name right now, franz & tre also did some of it, they played a mix of videos during the daytime). the single came with snippets for 4-5 other songs for earthquake. sounded solid, but never came out.

It's on E A Ski's mixtape called past and present. It's pretty old but I seen it recently at Rasputin in Berkeley. It's actually one of the better mixtapes I've heard.

Earthquake leaked. You can download it if you look around online, shits out there. Ski and CMT got about a cool 4 mil from sony / dreamworks for never releasing his CD, big fat breach of contract lawsuit. It bought their pad in the Hills, he got hella paid for a CD that never dropped.

no shit?? damn i never knew they got compensated like that but i got the earthquake cd that leaked i just meant waiting for his cd to be "officially" released lol
