and ya'll saying Muscle Cars have got to be kidding. Bay cats like it because it bangs in the ride, but you would have to take Keak off the hook cuz the rest of the country ain't feeling him. He is in my top 3 and I love his flow cuz I am used to it and he has grown on me over the years, but some of you need to take off your Bay-Tinted glasses. Also, although Turf's verse is all right, I think he could have come way harder, especially if this is supposed to be his way to get national exposure.
I can respect the fact that Keaks flow has gotten extremely garbled lately and people outside Cali aren't willing to give him a chance. Never before has the hate in the rap game been so deep. People in New York Hatin on the South. People in the South hatin on NYC. All regions Hatin the Hyphy movement after only hearing 2 songs at most. And Bay fans having so much pride they have a hard time accepting non-bay shit ( I am generalizing, but there is hella truth to what I am saying). Lets face it, you have to come tight if you want another region to respect your music these days. Otherwise cats just hate off top. It is like a natural fucking reflex like breathing to people.
I just get annoyed seeing people hate on the Bay music because I know how much talent is out here. Maybe I just want to see artists like Jacka, Team, Balance, Bailley, and Quinn, etc get a true shine.
Let the hate begin....

Like I said I like Keak's style personnaly, but I am out in New York right now with my cousins and they can't stand him. Neither can their boys (YO!). I have tried gettin them to play Copium but they damn near threw it out the window man. In all honesty if I hadn't actually gotten OUT THA BAY I wouldn't have even brought this shit up. I knew his flow was tough to get used to, but I had no idea about the hate for him out there. My cousins even showed me the IC forums on Allhiphop and I was blown away by the amount of hate on it (mainly South vs East but Hyphy is definitely not a favorite). Not my intention to insult Keak, but he had his chance with Super Hyphy and Tell Me When to Go and I just want to see a more mainstrean friendly Bay act get some shine.

Using white girl as the next single is a good business move...hes not trying to get the bay area to buy his cd anymore...hes trying to appeal to other regions so that they will buy it... so even though i would love do ya head like this to be the next single i understand why that or muscle cars isnt

I hear ya. But foreal tho' I think a Balance, Quinn, Kaz, Clyde Carson could get more luv nationally. In all honesty, I mainly wanted to speak on the level of HATE in the rap game and Keak was a perfect exaple since I have heard the hate first hand lately (I've been in NY since May). I mean, even when the East and West were beefin I was still able to get past that and purchase a BIG, Jay Z, Raekwon, GZA CD. Now the hate just be on another level cuz people don't like the shine the South has right now. People just need to be more open-minded

the only people that want muslce cars as his next single are bay cats, nobody from nyc or atl wanna listen to keak or turf, so i think the best decision is white gurl or im da man
