LOL...like, who is ESS supposed to appeal to? Actual wine drinkers or his fans? Very bizarre marketing idea. The bottle looks like how you would expect wine to look. But all the people buying it in that vid are clearly not wine connoisseurs.

T-Saki sighting at 2:01!! Hahahahahahha

F @Fucky McFuckerson to me it looks like 40 is leveraging his existing fanbase to jumpstart his wine brand. a very calculated move considering the names/types of wines he launched with. and i think 40 is smart enough to realize that the majority of his fans probably aren't wine connoisseurs and he's OK with that as long as they buy his wine.

this is great for E-40. Not only is wine the perfect pitch for him since he lives so close to wine country, but this also appeals to his fans who are wine drinkers.

You're smart enough to know that his fans are surely not all drinking E&J on the corner holding a boombox, but regular folks like you and me who enjoy wine. (maybe just me)

So he's appealing to my demographic in that the wine community is very snobby so to have someone develop a wine who I have a somewhat of a connection to, makes me want to buy it. In fact I already have, multiple times. People love E-40 because he's authentic and we know he wont be selling us no bullshit wine just to make money. I've been watching his marketing and u can tell he's taking this serious.

swooped a couple of bottles this past weekend & I dont even fuck with Wine on the regular.

shits proper tho! ....& F @FDS got a point, it's like even if you don't know 40, he is the bay areas Uncle in a sense, so we got a connection. That kinda makes it a 'support your own' type thing, because I wanna see 40 be more & more successful, due to the fact that he actually gives back to the community unlike some others.

His wine is flying off shelves all over cali, hes doing something right. I think a lot of his fans are in their 30's 40's and are succesful people of all races, and those same people drink wine and stopped drinking 40's, rossi, md, etc. so Its a great business move. I more prefer craftmicro beer myself but I like his wine, im more of a red wine drinker so I prefer the function red blend.
