E-Mack-7 16 minutes... manufacturing error?

just got a sealed copy of e-mack-7's 16 minutes with an OG. At approx 3.27 (I think...) in track #2 the CD skips. The CD was brand new unopened, the disc was absolutely mint and most likely OG with a RAINBO ring code. anybody else noticed the skipping on that CD? May this be a general manufacturing error?

yeah i got mine from amazon too but i ended up getin it for like 12 dollars brand new.
