That is true, and we don't know what the particulars are of what happene di ntheir transaction... But I think what i said needs to be taken to heart. Ebay sellers, and online sellers period need to heed those words. They need to concentrate more on helping, and satisfying their customers or potential customers on items they are selling and not so much on the greed aspect of making money. The sale will come and more will follow if you treat ppl wit respect and make sure they are happy... I buy from guys over and over again, they make me happy, I patronize them. They make money. If they don't make me happy I will discredit them whenever I get the chance, and make sure others know. You find a few nice honest guys and you keep doing business wit them ,the rest, well, you may buy once but that is the last if they don't do you right... I am a firm believer in karma and the bad attitude and poor customer service shown by some of these guys will come back to bite them , I am sure of it... Just remember it's the customer who pays you and provides your livelihood. They don't have to buy from ya, you are not god. And believe me I've dealt with a few guys who thought they were god. Sorry to bust their bubbles. For every guy selling an ultra rare cd or whatever else, there will be other guys around selling that very same thing. And whoever ha s abtter rep for treating ppl right and being honest wil ltend to have customers go to them... At least I will...
