The latest issue of Rolling Stone has a review of My Ghetto Report Card. They gave it 3 1/2 stars. Unfortunately it wasn't one of their in-depth reviews. Instead it was one of the smaller sidebar reviews which is why it's only a quick paragraph. Here it is:
Executive-produced by Lil Jon, the ninth album from this Bay Area MC -- who claims to have coined catchphrases like "fo'shizzle" and "It's all good" -- is all about "hyphy," a manic West Coast version of crunk with nimbler flows, more danceable beats and a more defined sense of humor. On cuts such as the anti-wire-tapping "They Might Be Taping," the mix of witty rhymes and hooky beats makes for hip-hop with a highly developed pleasure principle.

My question is... Have any hip hop mags (XXL, The Source, etc...) dropped a review of the album yet? I was hoping to see some, but I haven't yet. I'm hoping to see reviews in the next issues of some of the hip hop rags.
