i cant really see the video. wont load. but.... i mean it really kinda depends on how dude got to prison in the first place. i mean unless he's a murderer, pedophile or sum other bizzare shit i mean let him see his daughter.

The girl's only 10 years old, I'm pretty sure they're looking at her age as being the key factor.

thats fucked hes in for 5.... doing a sentence for meth related charges and they cant let dude get out for a little.. it says he is scheduled to be released next feb anyway whats he gonna do run... dudes got less than a yr... i agree the warden is a douche

I think it is fair..if you watch the video he has been released on furlough several times for a few hours at a time. Why is this gaining attention, I am sure this is very common problem..oh I forgot they are white and live in the heartland...Im not saying rules shouldnt be bent..I aint that cruel...well maybe I am but rules should be fair across the board. Was his meth charges Use or dealing....this should make a difference as well. Is he a rpeat offendor?

His daughter is 10 and dying and wishes to see him before she has no choice to do so and my guess is this guy is just another non-violent drug offender doin' his time. I think in this particular case, they could um, "bend" the rules a little bit for this little girl's last wish, but the Warden is obviously a heartless douch w/ no family of his own.

Im I the only one who watched this...he has been released to see his daughter more then once....so what more can be asked...yall askin for a pardon...keep it real...man if he got a pardon then it would be fair to pardon many more in similar circumstances
