Yeah I always thought the same shit. I dont know how he got away with that shit. Especially how he talks about killing that cop, Officer Rhoberda, or some shit like that. The cops came to my pad one day when I was about 14 and gave me a bunch of shit because I wrote a letter to someone and on it I was talking about someone I wanted to beat down. If I almost got busted for that I dont know how he released names and places along with death threats and didn't get arrested. Because last time I checked threatening someones life on paper, in person etc. was a felony
yeah, thats' why i watch what i say on here. when i was funkin real big with deuce, i almost put "deuce gonna be the victim of a terrorist act" or something like that in one of our battles, but then, if his hood got hit, it would have been all on me, it was a good line though how i wanted to put it, but not worth military prison time, shit. yeah, it is crazy, that's why rappers got to be careful of what they say because, if they get too descriptive with it, and some kid goes out and does it they way they described it in the song, the rapper will be in big shit. good topic though, hopefully opens homies eyes and makes um think about what they say, no matter how tight it is. it's like sir dyno says..."if i really did all these jales, i wouldn't rap about it." he said that on cries of the dead, good song.
they dont take rapz into consideration bcuz 95% of everything said in flowz iz not true and never will be. pigz know that, you guyz should too. of course Duke would be a suspect but they wouldnt charge him for shyt unless they had more evidence.
@Anthony, letterz are different from songz. songz are fictional, generally letter'z are not. in other wordz when u say u gonna do sumthin on a song everyone knowz you prolly wont do it, but if u say it on a letter it soundz serious which iz why u got buzted.

it don't take very much to beat that fool ha ha. but eNewayz, i am sayin, at this point in time, you can't really even say stuff that has anything to due with terrorism if it has you as a person committing or being involved. if some terrorist attack happend in LA, and i had said that shit, i could have been called in for questioning, trust me. i am in the military homie, they make us fully aware of all the shit the fbi and stuff are looking for, even something as simple as that. we live in a new day and age. as for the rest of the shit, you right, they can't do much to you, unless it was like i was saying, if something you say in a song completely mirrors an actual murder, they could call you in for questioning, but hey, that helps push units right??????? ha ha
