News - 10.06.2008:
So far 2008 was a "rerelease" year for Darkroom Familia. We had a chance to grab reissues of such classics as "Homicide Kings", "Smile Now Cry Later" and also "Violence Solves Everything" and "Kill Them Slowly" on one disc. What is more 2008 is an anniversary for DRF, as they've already been for 20 years in this rap game (1988 - 2008). That is why we get the "20 Years Up In This Game 1988 - 2008" 2 CD set containing 40 classic tracks from tens of Darkroom albums. There are also 4 tracks exclusively recorded for this project. Other than that the inside fold-out makes a big poster showing 100 DRF covers. It's definitely more of a collector's item, but it's also a great opportunity for younger fans to hear older, hard-to-find songs. It will be officially out in a week, yet you can already buy it in a few places. Check the tracklist and the interview with Crooked BayUndaground.com conducted not that long back: (hide tracklist)
