I'm not too sure about firefox...
The easiest thing too do is just let the video load up completly...then go...

control panel-->Network and Internet Connections-->Internet Options-->Settings(Under Temp Internet Files)-->View Files-->then click size to get the bigger files on top...and you should see sum that says like get?vid or sum like that

Thats where they get saved too, all you got to do is copy it into your desktop and make it a .FLV file...
