fuck Earthlink!!! i used there DSL for a few months and it crashed up my computer and when i cancelled they tried charging me 205$ bucks for cancelling and only gave me back 149$ i am going to find those motherfuckers and shoot them in the head this means business.

i heard there offices are in Bellvue, WA im going to send them a bomb threat and terrorize there ass and blow them up ha!!!!!!!!

EarthLink sucks. A friend had their service and none of her emails were accepted by other ISP's because of all the spam/junk on her service.

did you read the contract you signed when you subscribed to their service? they most likely have an early termination fee for ending your subscription before a year....

not to mention that it was most likely either spyware, a worm, or a virus that caused your computer to crash.

no i never canceled i ended up having to pay 21$ a month for dial up to avoid the cancelation fee....

the way i see it bad costomer service ppl in office buildings = terrorist targets
