What are some ways in which the "Domestic War on Terrorism" has affected the quality of American life, in general, and your life as an individual?

Do you expect the federal government to prevent any new acts of terrorism within the United States?

part 1------ is I dont fly any more as to where before 9-11 i was going to oklahome, tennessee, and louisiana quite often by plane. since then i have only made two trips one by train and the other Driving

part 2------ yes i do have alote of faith in this goverment and future goverments (wheather they be from the right or the left) to prevent any possible future acts of terror within our borders

1 I flew on September 23rd after Sept11. Im not too concerned about it cause i doubt theyd use the plane technique again. That SCUBA PLAN no matter how far fetched, is a lot more usable than a plane stunt again. Either way, i like to drive more than fly. Always did.

2 I dont expect them to do shit cause they didnt do shit to stop the biggest fuck up in homeland security in the first place. Maybe they even let it happen like the Pearl Harbor story. SO I DONT TRUST THEM AND FEEL THE GOVERNMENT IS MORE HARMFUL TO US THEN GOOD FOR US.

Also:
THE WAR ON TERRORISM is now equal to THE WAR ON DRUGS

actually they are in no way equal for the war on drugs will never be won the way they are fighting it right now because there is a great demand for drugs here in the USA and i dont see the demand going down any time soon. and as for terrorism the people here in the USA dont want terror here in this country so thats why i say you are wrong in saying that they are equal.

people here in the USA will do wheatever they can to stop terror but they wont do the same to stop drugs(cause they love them). so that is why i believe they the war on terror can and will be won while the war on drugs wont unless they make drastic changes in the way they fight it.
