Does This Fat Tone Mixtape Exist On CD?

Does this Fat Tone mixtape exist on CD? I've been looking for it for several years now and have yet to see it on CD, whether on Amazon or Ebay. So I'm either thinking it does not exist or anyone that has a copy is just keeping it for themselves. Any help would be appreciated.
