I was never sure exactly what he meant to tell the truth. I live in the hood feel me. And when you live in the hood you become comfortable in the hood. Like if Im in all white area I be feeling uncomfortable as fuck. So I kinda thought he meant is there a place where cats from the hood can be comfortable.

The ghetto is also where lots of people of color live in inner cities. So I also thought he meant are we going to be seperated in heaven like a lot of us are here on earth.

Does heaven have a place where its not safe to be out at night?

Does heaven have a place where you gotta watch out who's in the car creeping, whether its the rollers or some enemies, would you have to look out for gunfire?

Does heaven have a place where schools are too underfunded to have proper books, houses have various insects & vermin living amoungst them, and no good grocery stores or retailers anywhere near?

Does heaven got a ghetto?

What do you think Pac meant when he asked that question in numerous songs?
You're wading into my world. This is my line of work.

Doin' dirt, puttin' in work, but keepin' God first. It's the conflicting outlook/philosophy of the poor, uneducated, and disconnected. The ghetto is their comfort zone. It's all they know and heaven is the place they hope to go. So what would be more perfect for them than a ghetto in heaven.

Again, just scratching the surface and just crumblin' herb.

i think he meant that being born into poverty and being forced to become a man in his teenage years, and struggling to survive by doing whatever it took, yet still acknowledging faith in God and having a good heart, will God understand? is there a spot for people like that up there?

"i wonder what it takes to make this/ walk out the place lets erase the wasted/ take the evil out the people they'll be actin right/ cuz both black and white are smokin crack tonight/ and the only time we deal is when we kill eachother/ it takes skill to be real its time to heal eachother"

those lyrics might not even be 100% accurate but its one of the greatest lines or statements i have ever heard in any song of any genre
