does anyone struggle with religion or pay it no mind?

I'm religious. But I keep it to myself. If someone asks, I'll answer. But I DO NOT impose my views on other people. I hate it when other people are "holier than thou" and try and push their crap on you. Give me your opinion, but don't tell me what to do or how to beleive it. And especially don't come knockin at my door trying to preach it to me.

thats how i feel.i pray sumtimes but i am not knowledgable in formal prayers.struggle to believe in the bible but i wanna believe theres a god and a heaven.if i don't practice as sumone else might do they think i'm not going to heaven?do they think i'm evil?
all i know is struggle and i indulged in whut people would consider sin.

so when they preach i automaticly think they are judging me.

I am where I am because I chose to look before leaping....
Meaning that it is important to know EVERYTHING about a given religion before accepting it as legit....
I just can't understand people who follow a religion halfass'dly....
It's like you're either on the boat or not....
But I guess I can understand that they're struggling with themselves and are not ready to make the comittment just yet.

Yeah and I hate the fact that most of these cats who are confrontational happen to be Christians.
Ignorance is a bliss....
They need to finish reading the New Testament, only then will they find the part where Paul clearly says that the best way to spread the Word is through works. Not arguments....
But having someone in your face ain't nuthing compared to being forced into a common belief system.

I am not a Religious person myself, But I do believe in a "HigherPower". I dont knock anyone for being religious as long as your not running around telling people that there going to hell and whatever else.
Something like I'll respect you and your opninons on what you believe,so long as you respect mine . We do in life what works for us and thats all we can do!

I don't understand these religious folk. Like I mean I got my own faith but I don't go around telling people how to live their shit.
I used to have a bunch of friends who were christian. And everyday they would tell me how wrong I am and how I would go to hell for being yourself and not a god dicksucker like they are.
This one time we all went out for dinner and they all crowded around on me and lectured me how evolution was wrong and shit, all 8 of them! I also notice that they stay in groups or packs and barely do things on their own.
Sooner or later they gotta realize that they are living in a fantasy world. And they gotta realize that telling other people that they're wrong and that they are not do gooders like they are is completely bullshit!

I believe in morals and order and in a higher power. I chose the bible as away to find a name for what I believe in. I think it is worded in such a way as for the reader to interpret it as they choose. It's just a bunch of stories of people with good hearts and actions and reactions to what they did with a teacher they followed whom they called God.
I believe in a heaven and I believe that you have to earn your right to get there. Because heaven is a place with standards I believe that you have to meet these standards in order to get there. It is a place of higher knowledge and understanding of Love, the ultimate and true power behind the universe.
You don't have to call these standards by the same name as me but you do have to learn the same meaning in order for there to be comunication and understanding, and for you to gain knowledge.
The only form of "pushing" the wrong beliefs on someone is called deception. It is the seeing purposely teaching the blind wrongly.
That is who I war against.
I can see what I know, and only speak that which I understand to teach those who would seek my knowledge.
And I fight for those who I know have been decieved and have a chance for redemption.

MC PM$, I know what you mean. I am Christian, and even the Christian friends I have had throughout my life have gone past even sayin somehting like, "You know smokin weed aint good for your lifestyle.", for conversation purposes, but they'd say crap like, "You know God doesn't like what your'e doing and if you don't watch out.....bla bla bla.....we won't hang out with you....bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla BLA!". I've gotta friend who is Jewish, atheists, Polish, non religious, and even a buddhist. Cool with me. I won't press you if you don't press me, as long as you know where I'm comin from then we cool.
i hate when people come up to me on the street and try and hand me bibles and shit like that.....i sware i must be like a magnet for those type of people.......i tell them im agnostic, then we get into a big discussion......i dont struggle with religion because i dont feel i need to........i dont let books dictate my life, i dictate my life.....its funny cuz my whole family is religious.
