Does anybody have an iPod?

How is that shit working out for you? I been thinking about getting one, but people tell me that the battery life sucks on it and it costs a grip to get it replaced. Does it also work as a portable hard drive as well? Are there other types of these kinds of devices I should look into?

i have one, it never turns off.

I either got it hooked up to headphones, hooked up in the car, or hooked up to the home stereo. I keep it on random and let it play thru everything i got on there. I dunno what I'd do without it. I used to have an Archos MP3 player, but it'd freeze and shit...the IPOD's definately better quality...it'll be the best 3 bills you've ever spent.
