3/3 = 1. 1/3 equals 0.3333333 recurring (or you can round it up to 0.333334 or something if you like) and 2/3 = 0.6666666 recurring. Hence, 3/3 = 0.333333333 recurring multiplied by 3, which equals 1.

Friend, you only round up when it ends in .5 or higher. You would actually round this one down to .330, or what have you

But hey, its not like this is science or anything. Feel free to make up your own rules as you go.
