My mom(40yrs old) just had her baby 6 weeks ago. She had sea section. Doctor Boydale performed the sergery. Just 2 days after she was released from the hospital... she had a high fever. She was throwing up. I never saw my mom ever that sick before. So we decided to drive her to the ER. The doctor(boydale) said shes got a kidney infection. He gave her some antibiotics and sent her back home. 6 weeks later after taking these antibiotic medication she started to feel pain in her stomach and her sides. This whole time she thought it was her kidney. Just yesterday she went back to the ER. 6-12 last night. I came home from work at around 11. I call her and she tells me that this whole time it was no kidney infection. Another doctor told her that has sevure infection from the sea section. Her whole stomach is infected. The doctor said if she waited 1 more week she could of died. They insisted that she stay for the next 2 days so they can pump antibiotics in her. Instead of staying over night she told them too boost her with some ivs of antibiotics and send her home. They gave her some pills so she can take them home. Doctor boydale told my mom that it was a kidney infection. This doctor not only fucked up on the sea section,he also lied to my mom and told her it was a kidney infection. The dude is on vecation in ireland. While mom is laying in bed in pain. This is fuckin bullshit. My mom is schedule to see doctoer boydale this thursday. I keep trying to tell me mom that she should stay in the hospital. She's soo difficult. She insist that she stay home cause of the baby. What im worried about is.. is mom gonna live? :( Ive been praying everynight since the day of her sea section for this to no happen. And it happened. Im 17 yrs old. She's all i got. It's just me,her and the baby. I don't know what i would do without my mom.

Tell her this ^^^^^^

Make sure she knows this, etch it in her head, write it all over the walls if you have to, but the main thing to remember is to NOT stress her out. Right now YOU need to be on point for your family, so don't come in at all hours of the night, don't run with the friends she doesn't approve of, stay out of trouble etc. She doesn't need to stay home because of the baby. They have special care for mothers with ailments.

I'm not sure if you can but if possible I would go speak to a lawyer and try to sue the Doctor for gross negligence.

Damn man, thats some really fucked up shit to have happen. Keep praying and let your mom know how much you love her, hopefully the doc will correct whatevers wrong and shell be fine.

Good luck n i will keep your mom in my prayers.

First off, take HERESY's advice. Just stay calm and dont add anymore stress on your mother than she already yas.

2nd, I'm sure your mom is going to be fine, infections can happen after giving birth. But your mother should probably not see dr. Boydale anymore. It may have been an honest mistake (which happens) or he could be a bad doctor. Either way I wouldn't take any chances.

My mom has diabetes^

Infections dont just go away when you have diabetes. Shes been feeling alright since taking those pills until today shes now feeling pain from her stomach to her back....
