Do you think most Foreign Students are for or against the war?

Thats actually a good question. It seems to me that if at least 50% of US students oppose the war then Im guessing that foriegn students would be against it even more. And do you mean foriegn students at "American" schools or in other countries schools?

I'd say its way over 50% of american students being against it. I'd say 80%+ based on my experiences, but thats not based on any polls...

and here in AZ, we got our fare share of hippie man-lovers, but there's also a bunch of PRO-WAR protestors protesting the hippies. it's great. last night me and my friends drove by and threw eggs and the hippies. tonight we're thinking more along the lines of water balloons filled with urine.

Snubnoze, I was being conservative just to be on the safe side. My personal experience would also put the numbers at 75% against the war.
Blight, I go to school with plenty of foreigners so i'll ask some next week, remind me tho if I forget.

I live with a gang of foreign exchange students in my dorm, and when i ask them about what they think, they ALL say that "bush is a bad man", and they are against the war

OK, from my informal poll I would say the majority of the foriegn students are against the War. They also dont seem to be to vocal about the situation. I think some of them are scared of being deported for speaking against the war. And lol at some of the Arab homies at my school who said they be acting suspiciuos on purpose to draw attention.

I had two Iraqis in one of my Sociology classes last year and they thought we should have attacked Saddam BACK THEN. From what they were telling me Iraqis didn't dislike Americans but they were upset for America to seemingly start something and not finish it (the gulf war). They both didn't know anybody directly but they had heard stories about mass killings after the war because the war rallied people against Saddam, and well.....got killed for it. They said a lot of annimosity would go away if we would just finish what we started.

Hey I got a great idea...to show how other countries feel when they get beat up by the american government lets kidnap McLeanhatch and take him to the heart of texas, then drive him to a country concert and force him to burn an american flag in front of a shitload of drunk rednecks...after that we can just drop him off in the castro district of SF while he's bound and gagged with a note reading "I'm into gay S&M and i'm looking for someone to dominate me, the more I scream and try to stop you the more I like it and i'm just roleplaying" and drive away....

There was an article in the SF chronicle today that said a lot of students are actually backing the war. While the majority of people protesting the war are over 50.
