Say a chip could release the chemicals that prepare a body for sleep was implanted into a prisoners head. You now control when he wakes and rests. So you program it to keep him awake from 7am to 9pm. Then he has an hour to go to work at 8, and when he gets off at 4, he has 5 hours to do whatever until "Sleep Chip 3003" makes him sleep until 7am again.

Most crime happens at night in the dark. No one wants to commit a crime at 7am unless they are truly born to rob. I mean come on, i dont fully know whats goin on til like noon.

Givin that crime takes effect after 9pm, do you think by controlling a prisoners sleep habits, he could be released early to work and further his reformation?

PITTSBURG Last night an apartment fire ravaged a complex in the South side, killing 3 men. Two of the men, authorities tell us, where part of the experimental SC3003 project and where unable to wake to save themselves from harm. The families are expected to sue the fuck out of everyone.
