I was thinkin about the new bay rap fans that are in their teens and maybe a bit younger who wont expeirence the same thing folks in their 20s+ got to experience. People dont have to be the first at the store anymore, they can order shit online and get advanced copies. Folks dont pick up a few single's (songs) with the CDs they would buy cuz the remix wouldnt be on the retail copy. MF's dont have to sit and analyze the CD by producer, features, track names to get a feel for it cuz now they can get previews online.

The thing I miss the most about buyin music back in the day (just a few years back) is bein the sole source of a hard to find CD cuz now anyone can get anything.

hahaha.. i had a conversation with one of my oldest homies and he use to talk about those kinda stuff back in the day, like when everybody had tape decks, before CDS were even out. and people use to walk around bringin boomboxes and shit, and TAPE players with the big ass headphones. hahaha.. pocket full of tapes.. mayn nowadays fo0ls just got 5 inch ipods in they pockets.. i WONDER if ipods never came out, or any mp3 players or LIMEWIRE or burnin cds wasnt even invented, bet you rappers would put in more work to there CDS,.. hahaha..

much like anything else that become a trend in this country, i miss the fact that people werent entitled to shit before. there were boundaries in hip hop at one point, musically and socially. now its as long as u got money, and u drop an album, it could be garbage, but everyone feels the need to respect them.

so rappers should only press a small amout of cds so that its more exciting to purchase a cd. its the 21st century, we have ipods, cell phones with mp3 players, digital cameras, dvds fuck every is going digital, i wouldnt be suprised if they just stopped pressing cds all together and the only way to get a cd was off of like itunes or what not, or download it for free. its a lot more convientent having an ipod that can hold 15,000 songs instead of carrying around a discman with a fat cd holder. If you havent realized everybodys gotta make a living some how.
